We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Database Manager to join our team and help tell our story, engage our communities, and support our growth.
Position Overview
The Social Media & Database Manager will be responsible for researching, creating, managing, and analyzing content across our social media channels while maintaining and organizing our internal databases. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized, with a strong understanding of social media trends and digital communication, as well as, a strong creative writing skillset. This position will report to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Facebook (Instagram), X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create and schedule posts, videos, and graphics that align with our brand voice
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports using SEMrush and platform analytics
Stay up to date with trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
Database & Project Management
Maintain and organize customer, lead, and project databases
Support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives with accurate data management
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams through Monday.com project management tools
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years experience managing social media accounts for a business/brand
Strong skills in content creation (graphics, video, copywriting)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with SEMrush, Monday.com, or similar tools an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently on-site in Lethbridge
