The Role
We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can think big, obsess over details, and thrive in a fast-moving, multi-client environment. You'll plan, create, and curate content; manage accounts; track performance; and help guide clients through strategy and creative decisions.
This is a high-standards, fast-paced role. You'll juggle multiple brands, tight deadlines, and quick pivots while keeping creativity and accuracy sharp.
What You'll Do
Build and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and brand voice.
Write, schedule, and optimize posts; plan scripts and shot lists for social shoots.
Curate and manage published content, engaging audiences and fostering connections.
Monitor and analyze performance, pull accurate analytics, and adjust strategy based on data and trends.
Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social best practices.
Provide excellent social customer service and support during shoots, ensuring all required content is captured.
Occasionally create content directly (phone capture when needed).
