Overview

We are looking for someone who has photography/videography skills along with social media experience to create content for our electric bike company. Experience with graphic design for editing posts is a plus. We will expect a certain number of creatives to be produced weekly (mix of static posts + reels). Further, you should be comfortable with customer service responsibilities as you will be managing some in-store customer experiences when you are working on-site.

What you'll do

Develop and implement engaging social media strategies that align with our brand goals. Use your photography/videography skills to capture pictures/videos of our e-bikes, scooters, and shop/employees Edit and produce eye-catching content using Canva Plan content calendar for the month Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize content effectiveness. Increase overall reach and engagement on our social media platforms Produce creatives according to our digital ads team that are required for our paid ads campaigns When working on-site, you will be required to handle in-store customer inquiries relating to bike sales, repairs, financing etc.

Experience

Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles is essential. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) are preferred. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer is a plus. Excellent relationship management skills with a knack for customer service excellence. Experience in content creation, video editing, photography, and proofreading is highly desirable. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising, branding strategies, and public relations will set you apart. A solid understanding of e-commerce principles and practices is beneficial.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
