Job Overview
We are seeking a super creative, effective and culturally aware Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team for a 6 month contract position, to stick handle our accounts during a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to support our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, excellent communication skills, understanding of aesthetics, tone, and a passion for digital marketing. Opportunity to demonstrate your value during the contract period, which may lead to a full-time position, based on performance and business needs.
Duties
Learn and implement the brand vision in all visuals and communication with customers and creators
Continue to nurture, build, support and engage with our wily creator community
Develop, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Create entertaining, visually appealing graphics and engaging posts using your choice of design platform, we prefer Adobe Creative Suite, but to each their own
Arrange all creator packages.
Book and coordinate all content sessions with creators and in-house Marketing Team
No leaving anyone on read! Must be comfortable responding in a friendly timely manner to engagement and creators.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design advertising campaigns that align with overall business goals.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility. HI VIS 4 LIFE
Analyze performance metrics of your posts
Check, double check and triple check all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Proficiency in a design platform, ex. Adobe Creative Suite however you are welcome to use your preferred platform but we want to hear all about your methods

Ability to critically evaluate your work and implement feedback
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Experience in e-commerce marketing strategies is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Familiarity with social media management tools
Ability to conduct thorough research on industry trends and audience preferences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
