About Us

We are a Vancouver-based company seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage our online presence, execute digital campaigns, and contribute to sales growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with both digital marketing expertise and face-to-face sales experience who wants to make a measurable impact.

Position Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with our Sales Manager to plan, create, and execute campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for SEO-driven strategies, paid advertising campaigns, and engaging content creation. In addition to marketing responsibilities, you will participate in face-to-face sales initiatives to drive rental placements.

Compensation

Base Pay: $18/hour Commission:o 5% commission on all placement saleso Additional commission for each room rented Performance Bonuses for:o Achieving Top 10 SEO rankings for targeted keywordso Increasing follower counts across platformso Boosting engagement and interaction rates

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms Create and schedule engaging text, image, and video content Develop and execute SEO-focused marketing strategies Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta campaigns, PPC ads, and email campaigns Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align content with business and sales goals Represent the company at networking events and client meetings (face-to-face sales)
Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
