Job Overview


As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be the vibrant voice of our brand across various platforms. You'll work closely with our Social Director to execute campaigns and turn campaign visions into realities. You'll join a team that runs on creativity and strategic mindsets to drive engagement and build relationships with audiences. You'll harness the power of social media marketing to elevate our online presence and connect with communities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape digital narratives through content creation, social listening, andinfluencer management.

What you'll do



Develop and implement dynamic social media strategies that align with marketing goals. Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Utilize tools like Aspire to identify, and manage creators and tools to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives to promote brand awareness. Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to inform content strategies. Design eye-catching graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Collect and report analytics through Instagram, and Aspire to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Basic qualifications



Proficiency in social media management tools such as Aspire, and native IG. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading. Organized and diligent on communications with influencers and content vetting

Preferred qualifications



Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media efforts. Skills in photography and video editing for creating dynamic visual content. Background in relationship management to foster community engagement.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
