Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes Develop communication strategies Develop policies Evaluate communication strategies and programs Implement communication strategies and programs Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes Perform administrative tasks Act as spokesperson for an organization Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Perform data entry Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Implement new administrative procedures
