The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for building and implementing a content strategy, driving the brand\'s reach and engagement on all social platforms. He or she will also be responsible for managing content on the website, managing files on the server, and coordinating requests between the production team and the marketing team. He or she will also be responsible for internal communications with the rest of the company (Rodeo FX).

Main Responsibilities

  • Create high quality posts that are consistent with the brand tone and artist\xe2\x80\x99s preferences (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Ensure publication of artist projects, correlating with the needs of the production team and business development, using project management tools like Monday and Basecamp.
  • Provide a regular on-site presence to create content, capture the Rodeo Production culture and document projects with behind-the-scenes photos and videos.
  • Ensure the reception of the final files from the artists and/or producers.
  • Keep the Vimeo, Behance and website accounts up to date as new projects are released.
  • Monitor platform statistics and develop strategies to ensure continued growth.
  • Coordinate press activities with the marketing team and Rodeo Production.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • University degree in communications or marketing;
  • Independent and resourceful and takes initiative;
  • 1 to 2 years as social media coordinator experience is a must;
  • Proficient in Adobe suite and Canva (Rush, Behance, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus;
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and organization are required;
  • Interest or passion for the latest in design, photography, fashion, and art.
