Bella Terra Vineyards is seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting contract role where you will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and telling the story of Bella Terra through engaging online content.

Position Details:

Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Coordinator Schedule: Part-time with option to extend working days in our retail store Flexibility: Must have flexibility to work around scheduled winery events and off-site marketing activations (which may occur outside regular office hours). Compensation: Starting at $21/hour, may range depending on experience

Role & Responsibilities:

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across all relevant platforms. Key responsibilities include:

Content Creation: Independently generating high-quality, engaging content, including video (capturing and editing Reels/Tik Toks), and compelling written captions/posts. Strategy & Planning: Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, Onsite Photographer, Retail Manager, and Wine Club Coordinator to plan and execute content that is relevant, timely, and promotional across all departments. Community Management: Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our online community to build brand loyalty. Platform Management: Overseeing the day-to-day posting schedule and ensuring brand consistency across all social media accounts. Event Support: Documenting winery events, tasting experiences, vineyard activities, and off-site activations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Demonstrable expertise in photography, video capturing, and video editing for social media use. Exceptional written communication skills with a strong ability to develop engaging, error-free copy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar effectively. A passion for the wine industry and a keen eye for aesthetic quality. Experience in Later Social, Canva, and Adobe Suite are considered an asset!
