Key Focus Areas

Social Media & Content (30%)



Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

Stay on top of trends and translate them into brand-appropriate content

Write captions, schedule posts, and track engagement metrics

This is trained but you need to be comfortable with navigating current platforms.

Client Coaching / Sales Support

(35%)



Learn studio programs and services to confidently explain options to prospective clients and coach current clients effectively

Handle inbound leads (calls, DMs, walk-ins), follow up, and help close sign-ups

Support onboarding of new clients (welcome calls, goal check-ins)

Admin (35%)



Answer phones, manage scheduling and emails, greet clients

Handle small office tasks (data entry, printing, cleaning up workspace)

Ideal Candidate Profile

Comfortable on camera and enjoys creating social media content

Friendly and confident communicator (can chat with clients easily)

Organized and detail-oriented

Self-motivated, curious about learning marketing and studio systems

Life long learner

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
