POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES



Include but are not limited to:

Manage and maintain all CMF social accounts, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Develop and produce high-quality content and messaging (photo, video, copy, graphics) to share across all CMF platforms. Create and oversee the CMF Social Calendar, planning and scheduling content in advance to ensure all post requirements and deadlines are met. Develop and execute creative social plans and strategies for announcements, partnerships, sponsorships, and key marketing initiatives. Consistently brainstorm and implement new creative strategies to support ongoing marketing campaigns and sales goals. Develop new content ideas and strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and support overall objectives. Produce weekly social reports outlining analytics, insights, and progress toward goals for both CMF and key partners or sponsors. Manage and respond to direct messages and comments across all platforms to keep the community engaged, informed, and connected. Capture and post real-time, on brand content during events across all CMF accounts to drive FOMO and create excitement. Research and coordinate with influencers and content creators that align with the CMF brand, developing fun and creative ways to collaborate. Assist with creating high-quality graphic designs and video edits to support marketing and social initiatives. Utilize Sprout to produce detailed reports on account growth, post performance, and campaign results; create individual social recap reports for sponsors, partners, select event dates, etc. Collaborate with sponsors and partners to plan and execute activations and social deliverables, ensuring creative, accurate, and positive brand representation for both CMF and partners. Plan and coordinate engaging on-camera interviews and content segments with Team Cowboys, fans, headliners, partners, and creators to promote key marketing initiatives. Collaborate and work closely with all departments to support CMF's overall objectives and goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
