Overview



We are seeking a highly creative and proactive

Remote Social Media Content Manager

to completely manage and execute our daily social media presence. This is a high-volume, content-intensive role perfect for someone who loves dogs, understands how to build engaging communities, and can drive

B2B marketing

efforts on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

all content conceptualization and strategy

; we will supply most of the photos and videos.

Key Responsibilities



High-Volume Content Generation:

Conceptualize, write, and schedule

8-10 posts per day

across all designated platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Full Strategy and Ideation:

Develop all daily, weekly, and seasonal content themes, captions, and calls-to-action (CTAs). We need a self-starter who can generate fresh ideas constantly.

B2B Marketing on LinkedIn:

Strategize and execute content specifically targeting local businesses to promote our

corporate discount program

for their employees. This content must be professional and value-driven.

Platform Expertise:

Ensure content is optimized for each platform (e.g., using Reels and Stories on Instagram, engaging short-form video on TikTok).

Scheduling and Execution:

Use a scheduling tool (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) to ensure content is posted consistently and accurately throughout the day.

Basic Community Engagement:

Monitor comments and direct messages during scheduled work hours, answering basic questions and escalating complex inquiries to the owner/management.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably working with small businesses or service-based industries. Demonstrable ability to manage a

high-volume posting schedule

(at least 5+ posts per day). Exceptional copywriting skills with a distinct, engaging, and friendly voice. Strong understanding of

LinkedIn B2B best practices

for audience targeting and lead generation. Must be highly organized, self-disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
