We're looking for a
Social Media & Content Manager
who lives and breathes short-form content. Someone who can concept, film, and edit videos that stop people mid-scroll, and tell the Yogen Fruz story in a fun, visually captivating way across TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and emerging social platforms.
Role Overview
The Social Media & Content Manager will lead day-to-day content creation and community growth for Yogen Fruz. This is a hands-on creative role, ideal for someone who's part videographer, part editor, part storyteller. You'll work directly with our marketing and brand teams to capture real moments in-store, showcase new products, and build a loyal digital community that connects with our fresh, vibrant brand.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Videography
Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) that highlight products, people, and the brand experience.
Capture in-store and behind-the-scenes footage for campaigns, product drops, and franchise showcases.
Manage the content calendar and ensure a steady flow of high-quality, on-trend video content.
Social Media Management
Post, engage, and respond daily across all brand channels.
Stay on top of platform trends, audio, and creative styles to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with franchisees and team members to source authentic, local content from stores worldwide.
Campaign Execution & Collaboration
Work with marketing and design teams on cross-brand campaigns and limited-time offers (LTOs).
Help develop influencer partnerships and UGC programs that expand brand reach.
Support retail, franchise, and new product initiatives through creative storytelling.
Analytics & Growth
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and audience insights.
Report monthly on content performance and social growth.
Qualifications
1-7 years experience in social media, videography, or digital content creation (F&B, lifestyle, or retail preferred).
Proven experience shooting and editing vertical video content for TikTok and Instagram.
Skilled with mobile and DSLR videography, lighting, and editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
Creative eye for framing, sound, and storytelling, with a natural sense of what performs online.
Strong understanding of current social trends, audio use, and viral content mechanics.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable filming on the go in fast-paced environments.
