We're a Calgary-based custom home builder and cabinetry/millwork shop looking for ongoing help managing our social media presence, mainly on Instagram.
We have two active accounts:
o Datum Homes
- custom home building
o Cathedral Custom
- cabinetry and millwork
Our team already captures photos and videos and uploads them to a shared drive. We're looking for someone to bring it all together -- editing, writing, and posting consistently in line with our brand.
What you'll do:
Edit and schedule 4-6 posts per week across two Instagram accounts
Write engaging captions that match our tone and visual style
Maintain a consistent posting rhythm
Collaborate with our team for updates or new content drops
Occasionally visit Calgary sites or our shop to capture content (optional, but preferred)
Growth potential:
Over time, this role could expand to include short-form video creation, developing new content ideas, building our LinkedIn presence, and light community engagement.
What we're looking for:
Experience managing business or brand Instagram accounts
Basic photo/video editing (Reels, Stories, feed posts)
Strong design sense and attention to detail
Reliable, responsive communication
Calgary-based or nearby preferred, but not required
Compensation:
Up to
$1,000/month CAD
, depending on experience and scope.
We're starting small but open to growing this partnership as our social presence expands.
