This dual role requires a dynamic personality who is comfortable creating daily video content and eager to interact with customers both digitally and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Production:
Serve as the main on-screen talent for our dealership's video content. Responsibilities include daily filming and editing of engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) that:
Showcase specific used vehicles (walk-arounds, feature highlights).
Provide car-buying tips, maintenance advice, and helpful information.
Highlight fun and relatable dealership and employee behind-the-scenes moments.
Social Media Management:
Post, schedule, and maintain consistent daily presence across
TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
. Monitor comments, direct messages, and reviews, ensuring prompt, professional, and on-brand communication.
Inventory Promotion:
Work closely with the sales team to quickly turn over vehicles by creating compelling, high-quality visual content for online listings.
In-Store Sales Support:
Greet customers on the lot, answer initial questions, provide information on inventory, and assist the sales team with various daily tasks.
Trend Awareness:
Stay current on social media platform features and trending content formats to maximize reach and visibility for our vehicles.
Required Skills & Experience:
On-Camera Confidence:
Must be highly comfortable and energetic appearing on video dailyto present cars and dealership promotions in an engaging way.
Video Editing Proficiency:
Demonstrated ability to quickly shoot and edit short, high-quality videos (Reels/TikToks) using mobile or professional tools.
Social Media Expertise:
Proven familiarity with creating content and driving engagement across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Sales Focus:
A customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the sales success of the dealership.
Automotive Interest:
Basic knowledge or a genuine interest in used cars and the automotive industry is highly beneficial.
