We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to design and produce engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You'll create visuals, captions, hashtags, and short-form videos (like reels and stories) while staying up to date with the latest trends. This role requires strong video editing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to adapt content to different platforms. You'll work closely with our social media manager to ensure all content aligns with brand goals. Responsibilities
Collaboration:
Work closely with founders Ahmed (SEO & Web design expert), Kathleen (SEO & Content Creation specialist), and mainly with the social media manager.
Content Creation:
+ Design and create engaging visuals, texts, and hashtags for posts tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
+ Develop high-quality content for reels, stories, and other formats that align with brand tone and goals.
+ Edit provided video footage to create dynamic and captivating reels or short-form videos.
+ Ensure all content adheres to platform-specific requirements and best practices.
Creative Copywriting:
Write compelling captions and select appropriate hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
Trend Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends, styles, and formats in social media content to keep posts fresh and relevant.
Platform Optimization:
Adapt content for different social media platforms, ensuring it performs well on each (e.g., Instagram reels vs. LinkedIn posts).
Quality Control:
Proofread and review all content to ensure it aligns with brand standards and guidelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced:
Demonstrated experience in creating social media visuals, reels, and posts. A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Creative Thinker:
Strong sense of design, storytelling, and creativity to craft visually appealing and engaging content.
Video Editing Skills:
Proficient in editing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software is a plus.
Tech-Savvy:
Skilled in using design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design platforms.
Platform Knowledge:
Familiarity with the unique features and audience preferences of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Bilingual:
Fluent in both French & English, with excellent written communication skills for creating captions and texts.
Organized & Efficient:
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Team Player:
Open to collaboration and feedback, working closely with the social media manager and other team members.
Eager to Learn:
Passionate about staying up to date with evolving social media trends and continuously improving skills.
