Social Media Content Coordinator (managing Brands Accounts)

Role Summary:



As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting with the daily operations of our social media channels. You will work alongside the Social Media Manager or Specialist to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, post scheduling, and content organization. A good understanding of Chinese is preferred to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in scheduling, posting, and monitoring social media platforms. Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely execution of posts. Monitor social media trends and assist in the development of content ideas. Support campaigns by organizing the content calendar and tracking campaign performance. Manage day-to-day communication with clients and respond to inquiries.

Requirements:



Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,XHS etc.) Ability to communicate in Chinese (both written and spoken). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$26.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
