We are looking for a versatile and creative Community Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity, overseeing our presence on various social media platforms. In this role, you'll have the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, fostering a vibrant online community and enhancing our brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for increased brand awareness.
- Monitor and engage with the community across various platforms.
- Create compelling and relevant content tailored to each channel.

? Respond to communication through direct messages, comments, and overall communicate with our direct client base.
? Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience by the team
2. Community Building:
- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive online community.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and advocates.
- Plan and execute virtual events to strengthen community bonds.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success.
- Provide regular reports on community engagement and sentiment.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and customer support teams for cohesive messaging.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for joint initiatives.
5. Reputation Management:
- Effectively handle and mitigate negative feedback
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
