WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an outgoing, creative and bubbly Social Media Associate, Tik Tok to join our Social Media team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for supporting the Social Media Manager and Social Media Associate Managers in content creation and development, alongside our Creative team.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto HQ. WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Assist managing community management accounts within (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Support with the production of successful livestreaming events, including hosting livestreams
• Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok to assist in content creation and development
• Stay up to date with DECIEM\xe2\x80\x99s product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns
• Engage, maintain and develop professional relations with customers
• Maintain and administer the brand voice throughout all communications
• Assist with customer queries across all platforms
• Coordinate Social Media Campaigns as required
• Adhere to company policies, social media rules and regulations
• Stay on top of social media trends and pitch ideas to increase engagement
• Help to develop and maintain our social media content calendar

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform) is required
• A love for creating content, comfortable speaking to the camera - including livestreaming - is a must
• Knowledge of current events and pop culture with a proficiency in all current social platforms, especially TikTok
• Ability to demonstrate your social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to work with all levels of staff
• Knowledge of SEO / Marketing tools is an asset
