Social Media/ CRM Specialist for a Real Estate Company
Must

Need someone who has experience with blogging, social media, and a
CRM program
designed to send clients weekly emails with up to date real estate and market trends, mortgage rates, etc. Must know how to use and fully understand a CRM program such as agent locator, mail chimp, or other similar.Will be working from the office sometimes, 4-5 hours a day.
Some of the duties include the following.
- Create custom blogs regarding real estate, rentals, mortgage rates, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Follow up with real estate agents for progress report.
- Emailing and calling clients to follow up or asking if they require and assistance.
- Market rental properties on kijiji, facebook, instagram etx.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
