As our Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence and reach. This is a

Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and informative content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
Social Media Management:
Manage our social media accounts, schedule posts, monitor activity, and interact with our online community in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Development:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our services, attract new clients, and recruit talented caregivers.
Website Updates:
Keep our website content fresh and up-to-date, ensuring it reflects our brand and services accurately.
SEO & Analytics:
Monitor website and social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for better results.
Community Engagement:
Foster online relationships with local organizations, healthcare professionals, and community members.
Brand Promotion:
Ensure all marketing materials align with FirstLight Home Care's brand guidelines and messaging.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A compassionate and empathetic approach, aligning with our mission to provide exceptional care.
Prior experience in the healthcare or home care industry is an asset but not required.
Ability to commute/relocate to 1155 North Service Rd W #6 Oakville, ON L6M 3E3: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
