Duties and Responsibilities
The social media marketing intern is responsible for the creation and curation of social media content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok, aligned with marketing strategies to grow NCC’s community and increase engagement of our supporters.
As part of the national Marketing and Development team at NCC, the social media marketing intern will apply best practices and champion NCC’s brand while collaborating with internal stakeholders to build and schedule social media calendars. The intern is also responsible for using social media tools and platforms to provide reports, insights, and recommendations. As a brand champion, they will maintain and grow NCC’s social community and positively respond to social questions and comments. Creative knowledge and skills are also required as the role designs graphic assets for use on social media platforms.
