We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Admin & Content Creator to plan, produce, and manage digital content across our social platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, stays up-to-date with platform trends, and knows how to build engagement and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media posting schedules
Create high-quality content (photo, video, captions, stories, reels, short-form, etc.)
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions professionally
Maintain content calendars & campaign planning documents
Track performance analytics and provide improvement recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams for promotions, launches, campaigns & messaging
Stay current with social trends, platform tools, and emerging formats
Requirements
Experience with content creation and social media management
Solid knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & emerging platforms
Strong writing & editing skills for social captions & scripts
Photography & video editing skills (preferred tools: CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Creativity & strong brand storytelling ability
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(Not mandatory but great to have)
Experience managing business or brand accounts
Familiarity with paid ads (Meta/TikTok/YouTube)
Graphic design or camera operation experience
Basic understanding of digital marketing & funnels
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.13-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
Work Location: In person
