We are seeking a highly specialized and experienced
Social Media and Social Commerce Specialist
to lead the social media and social commerce strategy for a portfolio of
8 to 10 distinct beauty and wellness brands
. This role requires a proven track record in driving measurable sales through social platforms, deep expertise in emerging social commerce trends, and mastery of key scheduling and management tools.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
The Social Commerce & Brand Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of content, community engagement, and social commerce functions across all brands, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
1. Social Commerce & Sales Strategy (The Core Focus)
TikTok Shop Management:
Strategically manage and optimize product listings, promotions, and campaign execution within the
TikTok Shop
ecosystem to drive direct sales for all relevant brands.
Live Shopping Coordination:
Plan, prepare, and coordinate assets for live shopping events on TikTok and Instagram, ensuring product-specific messaging is optimized for conversion.
Influencer & Affiliate Integration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure affiliate and creator content is maximized and utilized across the brands' social channels.
ManyChat Implementation:
Design, implement, and maintain
ManyChat
flows and campaigns to automate customer service, guide users through sales funnels, and capture leads via Instagram DMs and comments.
2. Content Management & Scheduling
Multi-Brand Content Calendar:
Develop, manage, and maintain a highly organized content calendar across multiple platforms for all brands, ensuring distinct brand voices and messaging integrity.
Sked/Sprout Mastery:
Leverage
Sked (Sked Social)
and/or
Sprout (Sprout Social)
--or similar enterprise scheduling tools--to efficiently schedule, publish, and monitor content across all platforms.
Creative Direction:
Provide direct feedback and direction on content to internal or freelance designers/creators to ensure all assets are on-brand and optimized for platform best practices.
3. Trend Spotting & Virality
Viral Trend Integration:
Actively research, identify, and quickly translate
viral trends
on Instagram Reels and TikTok into original, on-brand content executions for the beauty and wellness niche.
Platform Expertise:
Maintain expert knowledge of the latest algorithm changes, feature launches, and performance drivers for Instagram and TikTok.
Competitor Analysis:
Proactively monitor competitor activity and quickly recommend new, innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the beauty market.
Required Experience & Expertise
The successful candidate must demonstrate
3+ years of specialized experience
and possess the following specific technical and industry competencies:
Social Commerce
Proven experience driving direct sales on
TikTok Shop
and Instagram Shopping.
Automation
Advanced proficiency in conversational marketing and lead capture using
ManyChat
.
Scheduling/Analytics
Deep familiarity with enterprise social media management platforms like
Sked Social
or
Sprout Social
.
Content Strategy
Extensive experience identifying and leveraging
viral trends
for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Niche Focus
Prior experience managing social media for
Beauty and/or Wellness
brands.
Work Structure
Demonstrated ability to manage
a high-volume workload (10 brands)
while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines.
