Job Title: Grassroots Head Coach
Club: Prime FC (located in Markham, Ontario)
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Depends on experience
Prime FC is looking for motivated, outgoing and enthusiastic Soccer Coaches who are engaging and high-energy for our Year-Round Youth Soccer club for children 4-13 years old.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the coach is to run the practice sessions and games by the Club's development objectives. The coach will administer all aspects of team operations, including training, games, player development, and off-field parent communication. This position also includes operational team planning and all other development priorities. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is expected.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver all training sessions Lead players in all training, games, festivals, and tournaments. Maintain regular and consistent communication with the club and parents
Requirements:
Minimum Canada Soccer C license Experience working in grassroots and youth soccer for at least 3 years Eligible to work in Canada
