Operations Lead ("Ranger") - SNOWPROS

THE ROLE: RANGER

You're not just a supervisor -- you're a

territory manager and team captain

. As a SNOWPROS Ranger, you'll "own" a group of snow removal operators. You'll be their:

Primary point of contact

Trainer and first-line support

Equipment and logistics coordinator

Quality control lead

Your mission: make sure every operator is ready, equipped, and motivated to deliver safe, complete service -- every time it snows.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

On-call 24/7 during forecasted winter weather Support up to 20 snow removal operators Spearhead efficient delivery of operator services during weather events Visit jobsite locations for measurements or client walkthrough Take video/photos of crews in action. Transport hand shoveling support to sites as needed Facilitate salt and equipment delivery Coordinate equipment/key fob return Obtain salt usage figures from operators after each weather event

COMMITMENT

October to April

: ~20 hrs/week (weather-dependent), full availability on snow days, as well as days before and after snowfall

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
