Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals who bring fresh prospective to our team. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible pathways during winter months. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate both hand and power tools effectively.

Duties

Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas using shovels and snow blowers. Maintain safe conditions by applying ice melt or sand as necessary. Use hand tools to dig out areas that may be obstructed by heavy snow accumulation. Operate power tools when needed for efficient snow removal. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleared in a timely manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in snow removal or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge is an asset for troubleshooting equipment issues. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safe environments. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late nights during snow events.
