Job Description

Are you an early bird looking for reliable work this winter? We're seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our snow removal crew in Saskatoon!

We have several contracts in the north end of Saskatoon that require prompt and meticulous snow and ice maintenance.

Responsibilities:



Hand Shoveling of walkways, entrances, and other areas where equipment can't reach. Operating a snowblower to clear larger areas. De-icing all properties to ensure they are safe for clients and customers. Maintaining a high standard of work and ensuring all properties are cleared to contract specifications. For the right candidate, there will be various general labor and maintenance tasks around the shop during non-snow periods.

Requirements:



Valid Driver's License (Class 5 Minimum) is REQUIRED. Must be available for early morning starts (between 4-5am) -- reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable for this role. Physically fit and able to perform demanding work in cold, winter conditions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with hand shoveling and operating a snowblower is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule:



Early morning starts are required (exact time TBD based on snowfall but typically between 4-5am). Weekend shifts will be required based on snowfall events.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
