We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Snow to join our landscape and maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter months, helping to maintain accessible and well-kept outdoor spaces. Responsibilities
Operate shovels, blowers, and other snow removal equipment to clear driveways, walkways, parking lots, and entryways efficiently.
Apply de-icing materials like salt or sand to prevent ice formation and ensure safety on all surfaces.
Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify potential hazards caused by snow or ice buildup.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize routes and coordinate timely snow removal operations during severe weather events.
Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery and handling materials in winter conditions.
Experience
Prior experience with snow plowing, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is highly preferred.
Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment is advantageous.
Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, hardscape installation, or horticulture enhances your ability to contribute effectively.
Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.
Strong understanding of construction or outdoor maintenance practices is beneficial.
Excellent physical stamina for prolonged outdoor work in cold weather environments.
