Crabbe Mountain is home to the largest vertical drop in New Brunswick and offers some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Atlantic Canada. We're looking for a passionate, organized, and energetic
Snow School Co-Coordinator
to help lead our weekend Snow School programs.
If you love the mountain environment, enjoy working with people, and have a background in ski or snowboard instruction, this is the perfect opportunity to take your leadership skills to the next level!
What You'll Do
Lead weekend Snow School operations -- lessons, programs, and events.
Continue to recruit, train, and support instructors to deliver top-quality experiences.
Create and deliver engaging programs that meet
CSIA/CASI
standards.
Manage schedules, lesson assignments, and customer inquiries.
Foster a fun, safe, and professional team environment.
Collaborate with the weekday co-coordinator and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
What You Bring
Active CSIA or CASI certification
(Level 3 or 4 preferred; Level 2 considered).
Experience teaching or coordinating in a ski/snowboard school.
Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy mountain setting.
A team-first attitude and passion for sharing the love of snow sports!
