Job Summary
Due to the continued growth of our local weekend programs, which cover everything from beginner tots to freestyle and young women's programs, we are looking to expand our team again. As such, we are looking for people with diverse skill sets who are ready to lead groups of all levels with a focus on making the most out of our guests 'experience at RMR. Essential Job Functions
Maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff
Lead and teach a variety of Snow School programs, including groups and private lessons, clinics and camps
Represent the resort in a positive, professional manner
Develop and close sales opportunities, selling commissionable lessons
Assist Snow School management and other departments, including off-mountain assignments
