Snow Clearing Contractor / Snow Removal Worker (Independent)
Ty's Lawncare & Landscaping is looking to add reliable snow clearing workers for the remainder of the winter season.
This role is independent work, ideal for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable working on their own.
Position Details:
Residential snow clearing (standard driveway & sidewalk)
Responsible for completing assigned houses per snowfall
Routes vary based on snowfall and availability
Requirements:
Own vehicle (required)
Own equipment preferred (snowblower, shovel, ice pick)
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
Reliable and available during snow events
Pay & Earnings:
$15-$25 per standard house
Flat-rate pay per house
Typical earnings: $150-$500 per snowfall
Opportunity to service 5-30 houses per event
Higher earnings for efficient, dependable workers
Winnipeg and surrounding areas
