Cedarwood Contracting is seeking reliable
truck operators
for the upcoming2025/26 snow removal season.

3/4 Ton & 1 Ton Trucks
Equipped withV-Blades
andIn-Bed Salters
Operators will be responsible for
managing a snow route during every snow event of the season.
Duties include:
Plowing with V-blades to keep lots and lanes clear. Salting properties using in-bed salters. Completing post-storm cleanup for safe site access. Safely operating and caring for assigned truck and equipment. Filling out log sheets to track work completed. Supervising a shovel crew member assigned to your truck, ensuring they complete their work properly.
Compensation
Hourly pay + seasonal retainers
available (to be discussed during in-person meetings).Qualifications
Minimum
2-3 years' experience
plowing snow with trucks (3/4 ton or 1 ton). Ability to safely operate and maintain truck, plow, and salter equipment. Must beon-call throughout the season
(day & night availability).Clean driver's abstract
required. Reliabletransportation to and from work.
Ability to worklong shifts in challenging winter conditions.
