Positions:



Hand-Shoveling Crew Snow Blower Operators Light Equipment Assist (walk-behind machines, salt spreaders, site cleanup)
We are hiring reliable,

physically fit

individuals for on-call winter snow removal. Work is weather-dependent and may include

long shifts, overtime, and double-time

during major storm events.

Strong performance through winter may lead to full-time landscaping positions in Spring 2026.

Requirements



Able to perform physical outdoor work (shoveling, lifting, walking in snow) Reliable transportation to meet on-site or at team meet-points Able to work early mornings, late nights, and short-notice callouts Good attitude, punctual, and able to work in a team

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
