We are seeking a dedicated Snow Plow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from designated areas using snow plows and other equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate snow plow trucks and equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and walkways
- Spread salt or sand on surfaces to melt ice or create traction
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow trucks and equipment
- Keep records of work completed and materials used
- Work in a safe manner following all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Experience operating snow plow trucks and equipment
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Knowledge of landscaping practices such as irrigation, building, gardening, and landscape maintenance is a plus
