We are currently hiring reliable, hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team starting January 1st possibly earlier.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to stay on with our company for the summer season.

Positions & Responsibilities
Snow Removal Operator (1-2 Positions)
Operate equipment such as skid steers, tractors, loaders, and plow trucks
Perform snow clearing of commercial properties.
Sanding and de-icing as required
Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work in fast-paced, winter weather conditions
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Snow Removal Labourers (3 Positions)
Shoveling sidewalks, walkways, and entrances
Salting and de-icing surfaces
Assist with snow relocation and cleanup
Support equipment operators when required
Maintain safe, clean work areas
Follow all company safety procedures
Job Requirements (All Positions)
Ability to work
long, irregular hours

overnights, weekends, and holidays
Must be
reliable and punctual
(snow does not wait!)
Ability to work in
cold, physically demanding conditions
Valid driver's license is an asset (required for operator)
Previous snow removal or construction/landscaping experience is an asset, but
not required for labourers
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Security Clearance for each crew member
Compensation
Wages depend on experience
