Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

Crew Lead / Labourer (Fall Clean-Up & Snow Removal)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with property maintenance during fall and winter seasons, including leaf clean-up, lawn care, and snow removal. This role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, operate basic lawncare and snow removal equipment, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Duties

Operate

leaf blowers, trimmers, and lawn mowers

for fall clean-up tasks. Use

shovels, snow blowers, and snow throwers

to clear walkways, driveways, and sidewalks. Apply ice melt or sand as required to ensure safe walking areas. Perform routine checks on equipment and report maintenance needs. Work independently or with team members to complete jobs efficiently. Follow all safety procedures while on site.

Qualifications

Previous experience in lawncare, snow removal, or general labour is required. Ability to operate hand tools and small power equipment safely. Comfortable working outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions. Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
