Position Overview

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our winter operations team as Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew. This role is responsible for keeping residential and commercial sidewalks, walkways, and building entrances clear of snow and ice to ensure safe access for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Shovel snow from sidewalks, pathways, stairs, entryways, and other pedestrian areas

Apply ice melt or sand as needed to maintain safe walking surfaces clear and ice melt fire exits, Maintain equipment (shovels, backpack blowers, ice chippers, etc.) in good working order Respond promptly to call-outs during snow events, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays Work safely in extreme weather conditions Communicate with team leads regarding completed routes and any issues found on site
RequirementS

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to work outdoors for extended periods in cold, snowy, or icy conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Able to work flexible hours depending on snowfall Previous snow removal experience is an asset
Compensation

Competitive hourly wage or route-based pay (depending on experience) Opportunities for additional hours during heavy snowfall periods All equipment provided (aside from personal cold-weather gear)
