Spectrum Property Maintenance Ltd is looking to hire a full time snow removal crew leader with the possibility to continue working full-time during the summer.
Compensation: $24-28 per hour with guaranteed minimum hours pay (120hr / month) in winter. Guaranteed hours are paid even if it didn't snow that month.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 2-4 crew members in snow removal and landscaping operations.
- Ensure timely and thorough snow and ice removal from sidewalks and pedestrian access points on commercial properties
- Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently, including ride-on machines, Gravely units, backpack blowers, and other related tools
- Train and support crew members in proper operation, safety, and efficiency standards
- Track and report crew time, site completion, and any maintenance or operational issues
- Drive company truck (and trailer) to sites
- Maintenance and minor repair of equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness of the trucks and equipment
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
