Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Crew Leader

to join our snow removal and landscape team. The Crew Leader is responsible for organizing and supervising a small crew to complete daily tasks safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This is a

hands-on leadership role

with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 2-5 crew members in snow removal and landscaping operations. Operate and maintain company equipment (trucks, plows, skid steers, blowers, mowers, etc.). Ensure job sites are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations. Communicate clearly with management and clients regarding progress and site conditions. Train new staff and promote a positive, safety-focused team environment. Perform manual labor when required, including shoveling, salting, mowing, trimming, planting, and general property maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in snow removal and/or landscape maintenance. Previous leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred. Valid Class 5 driver's license (clean abstract required). Ability to operate and maintain light to heavy equipment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts during snow events.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
