What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading a small snow removal crew during snow events
Clearing
residential driveways, sidewalks, and entrances
to company standards
Operating
snow blowers, backpack blowers, and shovels
efficiently and safely
Assigning tasks and keeping the crew productive and moving
Ensuring all assigned properties are fully completed before leaving
Communicating progress, delays, or issues with management
Performing basic equipment checks and reporting issues immediately
What We're Looking For
Proven reliability
-- showing up on time for snow events is critical
Experience leading or directing a crew
Comfortable operating manual snow removal equipment
Trustworthy, accountable, and able to work independently
Calm under pressure and able to make decisions on the fly
Willing and able to work
early mornings, long shifts, and on-call during snow events
Qualifications
Experience in snow removal, landscaping, construction, or similar outdoor work
Valid driver's license (required)
Physically capable of manual snow removal in winter conditions
Strong work ethic and safety-focused mindset
