The Role: Snow Crew Lead
Earn $25-$30/hr + Guaranteed Pay Options
Paid bi-weekly (ASAP)
As a Snow Crew Lead at CSL, you'll be at the front of the action, leading a team of snow removal professionals to ensure our clients' properties remain safe and accessible no matter what winter throws our way. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a hands-on approach -- you'll be out there alongside your crew, setting the pace and ensuring the job gets done efficiently and safely.
It won't always be glamorous. There will be early mornings, long hours, and the occasional "why am I awake right now?" moment. But you'll lead a team that has your back, celebrates wins together, and finds the humour in even the snowiest of days.

Minimum valid
G license
Reliable transportation
to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit)Open availability
for on-call work (snow falls when it wants, often at night) Ability and willingness to worklong hours during peak days
Access to amobile phone

Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
Physically fit
