Job Summary:

Winter is coming, and we need dependable Snow & Ice Operators to keep commercial sites safe. This

seasonal, on-call position

is primarily

evenings after 6 PM

, with flexible hours depending on weather. Quick response and reliability are key!

What You'll Do:

Operate snowplows, skid steers, and salting equipment safely. Shovel sidewalks and entrances and salting as needed. Document all work using the YETI app (time, weather, photos). Conduct basic vehicle/equipment inspections and maintenance. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

Requirements:

Valid BC driver's license; a clean driving record. ICBC driver's abstract may be requested. Ability to read and follow site maps. Comfortable using a smartphone or app for reporting. Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in cold, wet conditions. Own winter gear (steel-toe boots, jacket, gloves, snow pants).
