About the Role

TERREOAK Landscaping & Snow is hiring Snow Crew Members to join our winter storm team in Calgary SE/SW. This is a physical outdoor role working on residential snow routes alongside a Crew Leader. If you're reliable, hardworking, and don't mind working in winter conditions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Shovel snow from walkways, sidewalks, and paths Assist with snowblower operation (training provided) Apply ice melt safely when needed Work with a Crew Leader to complete assigned snow routes Keep equipment organized and clean Maintain a steady work pace during snowfalls Follow dispatch instructions during storm events Represent TerreOak professionally on every property

Requirements

Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada Must live in SE or SW Calgary Must be reliable and able to work after snowfalls Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs and work outdoors Able to work early mornings and some late nights Must have winter boots and warm clothing A strong work ethic and good attitude is a must Experience in labour, construction, or landscaping is an asset (not required)

Schedule Requirements

On-call based on snow events Must be available early mornings after and during snowfalls Must be available weekends if it snows Christmas Day off, but if snow begins late Christmas Eve, crews may be dispatched after midnight to clear routes before morning Reliability is everything

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
