Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Cat Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in Operation of a Snow Cat, as well as 3 years experience operating a Snow Cat.
Responsibilities
Operate Snow Cat on Pipeline projects, opening and freezing in winter access roads and pipeline right of ways as well as building snow bridges. Perform routine maintenance on Snow Cat vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for snow removal tasks. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with team members
Qualifications
Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating heavy machinery. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Previous experience operating Snow Cat for opening and freezing in winter access roads and pipeline right of ways as well as building snow bridges. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications required are Pipeline Constructions Safety Training, Common Safety Orientation, H2S Alive, First Aid
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: From $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 84 per week
Work Location: In person
