Kelly Services has partnered with a reputable Technology manufacturing company. The client is looking to hire for a couple of SMT Operators to join them in Richmond, BC. This is an excellent opportunity that will lead to a Permanent role.

- Pay rate starting at $20/hr, negotiable based on experience
- Straight Shifts: Mon - Fri Days 6:30am - 3:00pm and Aft: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
- Straight Nights: Mon - Fri 9pm - 6am pay start $25

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years machine operating experience in an electronics environment
- Familiarity with key aspects of SMT equipment such as CPH/ Feeders/ AOI/ is desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a dedication to quality and safety
- Good communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak English
- Basic operation of equipment, including screen printer, SPI machine, SMT machine, reflow oven and AOI machine
- Support Offline set ups to minimize downtime.
- Perform Feeders and machine set up tasks and replenish component reels.
- Inspect panels for correct component placement
- Perform level 1 equipment maintenance tasks as required
- Maintain proper 5S in SMT area (Workplace organization) to be more efficient
