Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets (e.g., screen, battery, charging port issues)
Handle sales of phones, accessories, and related products
Provide excellent customer service and support
Manage front-desk operations: check-ins, updates, and pickups
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Track inventory and assist in ordering supplies
Upsell additional services and accessories when appropriate
Meet basic sales goals and service quality standards
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of smartphone hardware and repair processes
Previous retail or repair experience is a strong asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
