Position Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the delivery, installation and programming of elite Home Automation (Crestron, Lutron, Control4) systems in pre and post construction environments.

Responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance and support of Home Automation systems, including security/surveillance systems.

Trains and instructs the customer and end user on the proper use of the equipment.

Assists with preventive maintenance and upgrades of customer hardware and software components.

Required Experience and Skills:

Exceptional customer service skills, professional appearance and a positive attitude are a must

Knowledge of low voltage wire termination

Knowledge of Home Theatre equipment set up

Ability to work independently and in teams

Knowledge/Programming of Control 4, Crestron and Lutron systems (preferred, but not required)

Must have a valid Drivers License ( Class G) and reliable vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
