Job Description

Small engine SERVICE TECH MACHANIC REQUIRED

Patterson Sales and Service is your one stop recreational dealer in Truro! We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Service Technician / small engine tech (Mechanic) at our TRURO location

This person will be required to independently perform complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment

Responsibilities:

Performs PDI's and complex diagnostics and repairs on POLARIS side by sides / snowmobiles/ atv's / Argo Set up PDI and repairs to all Alumacraft, Godfrey, and Mercury Outboards. Set up PDI and repairs all N&N trailer and Cargo Trailers
Repair and Maintenance to shop tools, equipment and vehicles.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge

:

Up to 5+ years of experience performing service repairs
Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment while following Technical Manual procedures on the machines of the Technician's specialty
Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
Licensed Mechanic or Service Technician preferred
Valid driver's license required

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
