Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible to diagnose and repair all used and new turf and compact construction equipment by completing the following:

Inspect and test equipment, diagnosing faults and malfunctions Repair and replace mechanical units, test and adjust units to specifications Perform scheduled maintenance service Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements Complete reports to record problems and work performed Deliver excellent customer service and work well in a team environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Small engine license or experience with Agricultural Equipment, Heavy Equipment or Automotive and Truck service would be an asset Strong electrical and hydraulic system knowledge required Ability to utilize and learn new technology Computer literate - internet, diagnostic programs/computers, etc. Valid drivers license Adherence to all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures Flexible to work schedule and extended hours
